Returns policy - Terms and Conditions
If you would like to return a product purchased from Searolf- in the first instance please contact us via:

The product must be returned in its original packaging and unused, and accompanied with proof of purchase.
Proof of postage must be obtained, we will not accept responsibility for items lost in the post.
Refunds will only be considered on the value of the item purchased not delivery charges.
Refunds can only be made to the original payment method, made within 7 days of receiving returned item.
All returned items are tested and ONLY if the item is faulty will we refund cost of postage.
Your consumer rights are not affected.

We endeavour to maintain the highest level of quality and test all products before dispatch, in the unlikely event you do receive a faulty product please contact us ( see above ) and we will do all we can to quickly rectify the problem, by means of replacement or full refund.
(please note all returned products are tested, if a product is returned in working order it WILL NOT be considered faulty and carriage won't be reimbursed )
