Searolf LED Privacy Policy
Searolf LED retains only the minimum amount of information necessary. This comprises your Name
and Postal Code, together with details of goods purchased. We do not store any financial information
such as card numbers etc.
Searolf LED will not share any of your information with other bodies, nor will your information be used
to contact you, other than in the process of servicing your current purchase or at your specific request.
Searolf LED Delivery Policy
Searolf LED aims to service all orders within one working day. Delivery is by Royal Mail 1st Class Post,
or Air Mail as appropriate. Special Delivery is employed for items which exceed the default Royal Mail
insurance limits. We can also arrange Special Delivery by request in special circumstances, please
contact us for details.
Delivery time-frames are Royal Mail defined targets as follows:-
UK 1 or 2 working days
Europe 3 to 5 working days
Rest of World 5 to 7 working days
Holidays, such as Christmas, will impact on these targets, specific timetables will be shown on the
website.
Searolf LED Refund Policy
All Searolf LED products carry a 12 months guarantee against defects in materials or manufacture.
All Searolf products are tested prior to dispatch in order to ensure your product reaches you in excellent
condition. In the unlikely event of a problem, faulty goods should be returned to us in their original
packaging and we will replace them and refund the cost of postage up to £1.50 GBP, unless a different
amount is agreed. Please note that when posting goods to us it is your responsibility to obtain proof of
posting and to ensure adequate postal insurance cover.
Searolf LED Cancellation Policy
If for any reason you need to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible.
Because it is our policy to ensure that goods are dispatched within 1 working day, it may be that your
order will have been dispatched prior to us receiving your cancellation notice. If this is the case, we will
notify you and request that you follow the returns policy set out below. Please note that when posting
goods to us it is your responsibility to obtain proof of posting and to ensure adequate postal insurance
cover.
Searolf LED Returns Policy
Goods should be returned to us within 14 days of order dispatch, in new condition, and in their original
packaging. Please contact us to advise that you are returning goods, so that we may expect them.
A full refund of the purchase price will be made only on receipt of the goods in new condition and in
their original packaging. Please note that when posting goods to us it is your responsibility to obtain
proof of posting and to ensure adequate postal insurance cover. Please post returns to the address
below. In exceptional circumstances, the 14 day deadline may be extended. Please contact us if you
have a problem.
